SHIPPING POLICY

All Ready To Ship orders will be processed in 1-7business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service. The shipping time is selected by the customer at the time of check out and is added on top of the processing time mentioned above.

We have seen on and off delays in shipping with USPS around the time of various holidays.

PREORDERS

Items on Preorder have a 4-6 week window of processing time, plus the shipping time selected by the customer at check out. Pre Order timelines are set from the date of the item being purchased. If your order contains in stock items along with the preorder, they will all ship together when the preorder items are ready to ship. As soon as the pre orders arrive from our printers, our shipping department will have them shipped out and you will receive a shipping notification via email.

Our Kids Store and Home Decor are made to order products and are shipped separately from the manufacturer

DOMESTIC

We ship all orders via USPS because we hate waiting for packages too! This method of shipping guarantees a minimal wait and complete tracking, so you know exactly when to sit at your window and wait for your brand new merch!

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are also shipped via USPS. International packages have an estimate of 10-14 days to be delivered once shipped. At the moment as we work towards complying with EU regulations, we have suspended shipping to countries in the European Union.

What Do I Do If My Order Is Incorrect or Damaged?

First of all, we are so sorry! We strive to have correct orders with no issues, but mistakes can happen with the volume our team ships out on a weekly basis. Secondly, please reach out to us via ourcontact page so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All cases regarding order issues must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.

Can I return or Exchange Anything in My Order?

Due to the limited quantity of our products, we cannot guarantee inventory for an exchange. However, we understand that things happen, and products can arrive damaged or might not fit the way you would like. In the event a product is damaged or doesn't fit properly, please notify us within seven (7) days of the package delivery. When Will My Favorite Shirt Be Restocked?

We try to restock our best selling products frequently!

The best way for us to see the demand for items to come back in stock is for you to sign up for restock notifications on each product you want to see back. This triggers an email alert that notifies you right away once we have this item back in stock!

Another way to keep up with store restocks is to join our mailing list, as we always advertise in stock and restocked items in our daily emails.

Can I Combine Orders or Add to an Existing Order?

You can do both of those things!

To combine orders: email us or reach out to us via ourcontact page with both order numbers so we can save you (and us) some shipping costs. We’ll make a note to combine the orders and refund you for one of your shipping charges.

To add to an existing order: check to make sure the item you want is in stock on our site, then send over an email with your current order number and we will add the item to your order if it is available. This option will send you an additional invoice to pay for the items being added to your order, but won’t add to that shipping charge. Just pay the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it to guarantee your held item is added to your order.

How Should I Wash My Garments To Keep Them Looking Their Best?

We recommend washing our products inside out and in thewarm orcold washer setting. For drying, we recommend you tumble dry low or hang to dry to keep the print from becoming damaged long term.

I have duplicate pending charges on my bank account.

From Shopify on this issue affecting a small portion of transactions:

"This is a standard issue that will happen across all providers, the reason for this is usually an issue with the customers card, recently there has been an uptick with online fraud do banks sometimes cancel initial authorizations which can end up showing as a double up. some of the main reason for this are: Authorization vs. Capture:

When customers use Shop Pay, the transaction may go through an authorization step first, where the bank puts a hold on the funds. This can appear as a charge on their account, but it is not a completed transaction until it's captured. If the capture process takes longer than usual, customers may see the initial authorization as a duplicate charge. Failed Transactions:

If a transaction fails during processing, the initial authorization might still appear on the customer's bank statement. When the customer tries to check out again, it may result in a duplicate charge, although the first charge should eventually drop off. Bank Processing Delays:

Different banks handle transactions and their appearances on statements differently. Sometimes, holds or authorizations can take longer to release, leading customers to see what looks like duplicate charges temporarily."
